Ada G.
Feldman
Mar 25, 1943 — Nov 30, 2023
Ada G. (Douglas) Feldman, "Trudy", a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away at the age of 80 on Thursday, November 30, 2023, in her home in Hanover. Surrounded by love, Trudy's final moments were spent in the company of her loving daughter and family, including her great-grandchildren, Jordyn, Jason Jr., and Kaelyn.
Born in Richmond, VA, on March 25, 1943, Trudy was the daughter of the late Richard and Catherine (Hall) Douglas. She shared 23 years of marriage with her late husband, Gilbert Feldman, creating a lifetime of memories.
Trudy's life was a testament to her love for her family. A dedicated homemaker, she raised her daughters with unwavering love and support. Her home was always open for family and friends. After her retirement, she enjoyed spending her time crocheting blankets for her great grandchildren, cooking and baking for her family and vacationing with them at the beach. Her life was full of love and laughter.
Her strong will for life stayed with her to the end. She will be deeply missed by all, including her dog, Missy.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth, survived by her daughters, Kathy Honhart and her husband Joe of Hanover, and Michele Pinkine of Hampstead, MD. Trudy's joy was multiplied through her grandchildren Chelsea, Alex, Jason and companion Kirstyn, Ryan, Jacob and her siblings Les Douglas, Gloria Biddinger, and Patricia Douglas, along with numerous extended family members and friends who held her dear.
In addition to her parents and former husband, Trudy was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Douglas.
