Amy S. Laughman, age 51, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Monday April 13, 2026, at her home. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many.

Amy was born on Sunday, December 29, 1974, in Hanover, Pennsylvania, to her parents Drena K. (Landis) Laughman, and the late Oscar M. Laughman Jr.

In her leisure time, Amy enjoyed every moment she spent with her family, relishing her trips to the beach with her mother. Amy especially cherished the memories she was able to create with her four grandsons.

In addition to her mother, Drena, Amy is survived by three children, Melissa K. Laughman of Hanover, Steven A. Laughman of Hanover, Pennsylvania, and Jordan A. Laughman of Reisterstown, Maryland. Her memory continues in her four grandsons: Nathan Small Jr., Hayden Laughman, Joziah Spencer, and Kingston Duarte-Laughman. Amy leaves behind one sibling, Oscar M. Laughman III. Additionally, she is survived by many loving extended family members and friends.

In addition to her father, Amy was preceded in death by a brother, Baby Laughman.

A memorial service to celebrate Amy's life will be held at 1pm on Monday, April 20th at Wetzel Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc.; 549 Carlisle St. in Hanover.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12pm until the start of the service.  At the family's request, guests are encouraged to wear bright-colored clothing.
