Barbara "Barb" Ann (Klinefelter) Arnold, 58, of Hanover, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.  She was the wife of James "Jimmy" C. Arnold, Hanover.  Together they shared 21 years of marriage.

She was born February 9, 1963 in York, the daughter of Phyllis Elaine (Erb) Klinefelter, Hanover and the late Sheldon Elton Klinefelter, Sr.

Barb worked at Utz, Hanover for 23 years and had previously been employed with Round Hill Foods, New Oxford.  She graduated from New Oxford High School, Class of 1981 and was a member of the Hanover Amvets, Post 22.  Barb enjoyed spending time with family, was a fan of Nascar, especially Jeff Gordon and enjoyed making her famous peanut butter fudge.

In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by her son, Shawn Edward Klinefelter, Hanover; brother, Sheldon E. Klinefelter, Jr., Hanover; sisters, Vicky Dell and husband Kevin, Hanover and Sophia Fitzwater and husband Ronald, Oak Hill, WV; several nieces and nephews and her cats Raider, Weeble and Canyin.

A service to celebrate the life of Barbara "Barb" Ann Arnold will be held Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 7 PM with Pastor Kenneth E. Martz officiating.  The family will receive friends and share memories on Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home.  Burial at a later date will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover.
