Cornelius Gerald "Neal" Wiseman, 89, of Hanover, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 6, 2026.

Born on April 10, 1937, in Altoona, he was the son of the late John Mitchell Wiseman and Edna Shank Wiseman.

Neal shared 64 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Shirley Wolfslau Wiseman, until her passing in 2022. Together they made their home in Economy Borough, Pennsylvania, where they were active members of the community for more than 30 years.

He is survived by his three sons, Michael Wiseman, Sr. and his wife, Debbie; John Wiseman and his wife, Jadsy; and Brian Wiseman and his wife, Mary Beth. He also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family members who will lovingly remember him.

Family and friends will be received from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026, at Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, Hanover. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Neal's memory may be made to the Capuchin Franciscan Friars, Province of Saint Augustine, 220 37th Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201.
