Curtis Winnemore Frock, III, 82, of New Oxford, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025, at his home. He was the loving husband of Norma J. (Flickinger) Frock; together they shared 19 years of marriage.

Born on October 24, 1943, in Hanover, Curtis was the son of the late Curtis E. Frock, Jr., and Jeanette C. (Routson) Frock.

Curtis will be remembered for his quiet strength, kind spirit, and the deep love he held for his family. In addition to his wife, he is survived by many cherished family members and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.

He was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.

In keeping with Curtis's wishes, there will be no public viewing or services. Following cremation, the family will inter his urn at Rest Haven Cemetery in Hanover.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
