Cindy (Edwards) Fringer, 52 of Manchester, MD, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at the Carroll Hospital. She was the loving wife of Ken E. Fringer, Jr.; together they shared 33 years of marriage.

Born April 27, 1968 in Westminster, MD, she was a daughter of the late James R. Edwards and Darlene M. (Luckabaugh) Edwards of Westminster, MD.

Cindy loved being with her family and spending time with them. She enjoyed animals, museums, going to concerts, crafting, baking, but most of all she loved spending time and playing with her grandchildren; she also attended school to get her veterinary assistant certification working for and volunteering her time with several veterinary  clinics and the Baltimore Humane Society. Cindy was currently working at Playtime as an assistant teacher in Carroll County, MD and was also a Sunday School teacher at Lifepoint Church in Finksburg, MD. She touched many lives both young and old during her teaching career and was loved by her students and co-workers and brought joy to anyone around her.

In addition to her husband, Cindy is survived by, two children, Georgia M. Andrews and her husband Ron, Jr. of Hanover, Timothy S. Edwards and his wife Karissa of Elsmere, DE; three siblings, Randy Edwards and his wife Dani of SC, Mickey Edwards and his wife Jeanne of SC, Joy Dubrovich and her husband Dave of Eldersburg, MD; three grandchildren, Cam Andrews, Caleb Andrews, Charlie Andrews; many other loving extended family members and friends. Cindy is also survived by her two beloved cats Gizmo and Holstein.

A service to celebrate the life of Cindy will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, PA. A time to share memories with the family and an opportunity to view will be on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Due to COVID-19 regulations we require that people wear masks. If you are unable to attend the service, we will also be livestreaming the service by clicking the link above. Burial will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover. Pallbearers will be; Adam O'Dell, Tom Gephardt, David Barry, Ron Andrews and Michael Meekins.
