Francis B. Markle, 66, of Glenville, PA passed away unexpectedly at his home on November 13, 2021. He was the loving husband of Linda M. Markle; together they shared 12 years of marriage.

In addition to his beloved wife, Frank leaves to morn his passing, his beloved sister Elizabeth "Betsy" Wallace; stepfather, Ralph (Geneva) Murphy; half sisters Joy Treadway and Melissa Murphy; half-brother Ralph Murphy, Jr.; stepson William (Amanda) Riddle; stepdaughter Melissa (Alex) Schaefer; 7 step grandchildren; special cousin Jesse Lawrence; 1 niece; 4 nephews; brother-in-law Mike (Lisa) Zielinski; sister-in-law Karen (Tim) Burke; special friends Ken and Glenn Crowl, Donnie Sanders, Kevin and Susan Wantz and many other special family and friends.

There will be no public viewing. Following cremation, a memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Markle will be held on Monday, November 22, 2021 at the Wetzel Funeral Home & Crematory, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover with Rev. Kevin D. Orewiler officiating. The family will receive friends to share memories on Monday from 12:30 p.m. until the start of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.
