Galen Hatch, 74, of Hanover, PA died July 20, 2025 at home. He was born August 7, 1950. He
was the son of the late Elwood and Phyllis (McManany) Hatch.
His is survived by his wife Nancy (Webb) with 55 years of marriage. He is also survived by son
Phillip (Rosa) with whom he resided; Ken (Sara) of Hanover; Daniel of Lewistown and daughter
Jessica (Matt) Dehoff of Thomasville. There are 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
One great granddaughter preceded him in death.
Also surviving are two brothers, Ken of Huntingdon and Harold (Bub) of Elmira, NY and one
sister Beverly of Petersburg.
Galen served in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1971 and was stationed in Germany. Galen worked
at Elco in Huntingdon, PA and later for IBEW in Harrisburg as a Technician. He enjoyed
spending time with his family and hunting and fishing, He also watched WWE wrestling and
football especially Dallas Cowboys.
