Gary L. Noel, 77, of Hanover, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at Hanover Hall.

Born March 24, 1945, in Westminster, MD, he was a son of the late James R., Sr., and Emma C. (Roos) Noel.

Gary worked on the assembly line at Black & Decker in Hampstead for 25 years. He then worked at McGregor Printing in Westminster as a press loader and then retired as a maintenance man from the Meadow Creek Apartments in Westminster.

Gary loved and cherished his two grandsons to which he was a great "PopPop". He was the most amazing and loving dad to his daughter and son-in-law. He was an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles. He was such a pleasant person and was liked by anyone who met him. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends but will live on in the many special memories he left with them.

Gary is survived by his daughter, Lisa Bowers and her husband Raymond H., Sr., of Hanover; two grandsons, Raymond H. Bowers, Jr. of Hanover, Brandon L. Bowers and his fiancé Courtney L. Krepps of Hanover. Gary is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.

In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by two siblings, James R. Noel, Jr. and Joanne Neudecker.

There will be no public viewing. Following cremation, the family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
