Jane C. Troy, 87 of New Oxford passed away peacefully at Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community on Monday, March 6 ^th , 2023.

Born November 11, 1935 in Washington, D.C., she was a daughter of the late John and Allene E. (Parry) Troy.

After high school, Jane graduated from University College, University of Maryland where she majored in business administration.  She spent most of her career working at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation in a variety of positions.  Her job took her many places around the world with assignment in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.  Jane received many honors for her outstand performance and special achievements.  She is listed in the 1982-1983 edition of Who's Who of American Women.

Ms. Troy is survived by her cousin, Patricia Heindel of New Oxford and numerous other cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister.
