Janet Lynn Neff, 59, of Hanover passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at home.  She was the wife of the late Jason A. Neff who died in 2013.

Born June 25, 1959 in Elgin, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Lori

(Hein) Verheeck.

Janet enjoyed watching football and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.  She was a loving mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family.

Janet is survived by three children; Brandi Carter of Taneytown, MD, Stacy Carter of York, PA and Ricky Carter, Jr. of Hanover; three siblings,  Larry Verheeck of North Carolina, Patricia Holland of Vermont and Pam Verheeck of St. Louis, MO and seven grandchildren.

Services will be private.
