John W. Blucher, III, 64 of McSherrystown, PA passed peacefully on Saturday, June 15, 2019 with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Donna Marie (Henneman) Blucher for 42 years. Born November 30, 1954 in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late John W., Jr. and Alice Mae (Whitcomb) Blucher.

John was employed with Jennings H. Mitchell Construction of Towson, MD for 40 years.  He was an avid Orioles fan and a real avid Redskins fan.  John enjoyed going to the beach in Ocean City, MD and had a great sense of humor. He was a fantastic husband and loved his children and grandchildren.  John also loved the care he received from Susie and Bonnie his hospice providers.

In addition to his wife Donna, John is survived by two daughters, Lindsay Marie Zorbaugh of York, PA and Kristen A. McWilliams of Hanover; his siblings, Barbara Bonsall of Gettysburg and Kenny and Steven Blucher of Baltimore; also survived by six grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his brother Walter Blucher.
