John Edward Leedy, 76, of Hanover, PA, entered God's eternal care on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at the Pappus House in Thomasville.

Born November 19, 1948, John was a son of the late Benjamin and Ruby (Wallen) Leedy. He was the loving husband to Joan (Arnold) Leedy with whom he shared 39 years of marriage.

John was a machinist and loyal employee of SKF for 33 years. Later, he also worked as a delivery driver for Fisher's Auto Parts for 13 years.

John was a member of many social clubs in Hanover. He loved going to NASCAR races and driving the open road in his Corvette.  John was a sports fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the New York Giants. He had an adventurous spirit and a true zest for life.

In addition to his loving wife Joan, John is survived by his brother, Joe Leedy, and his sister, Cindy Brown. He also leaves behind his stepdaughter, Tonya Jones and her husband Matt, as well as his granddaughter, Taylor, and numerous nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Bolin.

Following cremation, services will be private at the convenience of the family.
