Julie E. Fuller, 45 of New Oxford passed away at her home on Monday, September 29, 2025.

Born September 1, 1980 in Gettysburg, she was a daughter of Phyllis J. (Richardson) Mummert and the late Jerry W. Fuller.

Julie lived with a strong faith in her Savior, Jesus Christ.  She greatly enjoyed Mexican culture and cuisine, and she loved and adored her cats.

In addition to her mother, Julie is survived by her three children: Brandon, Luis and Nereyda; her brother, Brian L. Fuller and wife Betsy; four cherished grandchildren, as well as her longtime boyfriend, Malik Covington.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Carlos Fuller.

A celebration of life service will be held by Julie's family at a later date.
