Linda M. (Baublitz) Smith, 75 of Hanover passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, November 12, 2023.  She was the beloved wife of the late Robert F. Smith.

Born June 28, 1948 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Glenn & Arnetta Baublitz.

Mrs. Smith was a faithful and devout parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hanover.  She is fondly remembered for her exceptional devotion to her family.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Sonya R. Reed and husband Justin Brown of Hanover; eight grandchildren: Dustin Smith, Savannah Hewitt, Ashley Lane, Jerod Lane, Robert "Robby" Smith, Heather Reed, Branden Reed and Halie Brown, as well as two great-grandchildren, Brayson and Tiana.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Dawine Smith and her daughter, Nicole Smith.

A committal service to celebrate Linda's life will be held at 2pm on Monday, November 20th  at Rest Haven Cemetery; 310 Westminster Ave. in Hanover.  Guests are encouraged to arrive at the cemetery by 1:45pm.
