Mary Ann Banfiel, 63 of Gloucester passed away peacefully with family on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 after an aggressive battle with cancer. She was born in Hanover, PA and was the daughter of Theodore and Emma Long McWilliams.
She was employed at Gloucester Wal Mart for 25 years where she was known to put a smile on everyone's face. Mary enjoyed gardening, crafting, and time with her family. She was a person who put others before herself, was incredibly caring, and always available to lend an ear. She was also quite the jokester.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Joseph Anthony Long, and husband William Banfiel and is survived by her children Eric Wagner, Emily Hudgins (Michael), Lewis Lovell and Timothy Lovell. Her siblings Sarah A. Smith, Leonard T. McWilliams (Pam), Shirley M. Gladfelter, Anita J. Moffitt (Larry), Raymond E. McWilliams (Sue), and Lori J. McWilliams, her significant other Edward Moffitt, grandchildren Natalie Hudgins and Brian Hudgins, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mary was very special to so many people and will be missed greatly.
