Mary L. (Holt) Becker, 89 of Hanover passed away peacefully at Transitions Healthcare in Gettysburg on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.  She was the beloved wife of 67 years to the late Joseph W. Becker who passed away November 14, 2021.

Mrs. Becker was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Her pride and joy was maintaining her beautiful home.

Mary is survived by two children, Joseph Henry Becker and his wife Pamela of Hanover, Kimberly Kauffman of Dover; six grandchildren, Amy Wolf and her husband Tim of Hanover, Joseph Becker and his wife Heather of York, Tim Becker of Hanover, Olivia Kauffman and her husband Jacob Robinson of Hanover, Victoria Kauffman and her significant other Tyler Simmons of York and Osiris Cain of Dover; two great grandchildren, Jaxon Wolf and Ryanne Becker, as well as many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by five siblings: Gene, William, John, Jane and Joan.

A graveside service to celebrate Mary's life will be held in private by her family at her place of rest in Rest Haven Cemetery in Hanover.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Church of Christ; 100 Fourth St.; Hanover, PA 17331.

Arrangements are under the care of Wetzel Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. in Hanover.
