Patricia A. (Smith) Palmer, 64 of Hanover, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at the York Hospital. She was the loving wife of Bill C. Palmer, Jr.; together they shared over 30 years of marriage.

Born July 1, 1954 in Baltimore, she was a daughter of the late Earl S., Sr. and Anne E. (Hilditch) Smith.

Patricia was a loving wife and mother; she enjoyed doing crafts and playing bingo.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to all of Patricia's friends and extended family members for their support during this mournful time.

In addition to her husband, Patricia is survived by four sons, Robert Stolzenbach and his wife Missy of TN, Phillip Stolzenbach  and his wife April of Baltimore, MD, Matthew Palmer of Hanover, Ryan Palmer of Hanover; two brothers, Scott Smith of Salisbury, MD, Michael Smith of DE and three grandchildren, Rob, Dillon, and Katie Stolzenbach.

There will be no public viewing and services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
