Patrick F. "Pat" Cotter, 85 of Hanover passed away at Hanover Hall on Saturday, April 13, 2019.  He was the beloved husband of the late Patricia A. (Grothe) Cotter.

Born August 10, 1933 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Francis X. and Dorothy I. (Hubbs) Cotter.

Pat is survived by his children: Rick E. Cotter, Jim F. Cotter and Patty Ann Lewis, as well as many loving grandchildren and other family members.

Per Pat's wishes, services will be private.
