Pauline M. "Polly" Kopp Pickett Graveside Service

Pauline M. "Polly" Kopp Pickett, 92, a long-time resident of Dillsburg, Pa passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021, at the Fairfax Nursing Center in Fairfax, VA.  Born November 25, 1928, in Hanover, PA she was the eldest daughter of the late Raymond and Lena (Brown) Kopp. A graduate of Eichelberger High School (Class of 1946) she proudly served in the Women's Army Corp after graduation.  In the 1970s she completed the Pennsylvania State University Continuing Education coursework needed to obtain her Pennsylvania State Real Estate and Broker's License. After raising five children, she returned to the workforce until her retirement as an employee of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Polly was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by two sons: Randall Pickett and his wife, Linda, of North Carolina and Robin Pickett and wife, Jill, of Texas; three daughters: Jeri Werner and her husband, Larry, of Virginia; Andrea Furr and her husband, Laurence, of Pennsylvania; and C. Sue of Pennsylvania; and 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Private graveside visitation for family members will be held on July 14, 2021, at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Hanover, PA.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, which she loved, at www.stjude.org
