Pearl T. (Noel) Geisler, 94 of New Oxford passed away peacefully on Monday, May 25, 2021 at Hanover Hall.  She was the beloved wife of 71 years to Roy E. Geisler, Jr. who passed away on December 14, 2014.

Born May 14, 1927 in New Oxford, she was a daughter of the late Monroe and Evelyn (Kuhn) Noel.

Mrs. Geisler worked for Hanover Shoe and others for over 20 years, retiring in 1991.  She was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ in Spring Grove.  Pearl enjoyed crocheting, baking, word searches and puzzles.  She most especially cherished when her grandchildren came to visit.

Pearl is survived by 5 children: Patricia I. Stambaugh and her husband, John of Spring Grove, Rose M. Ruth and her husband, Doodle of Hanover, Sharon L. Kline and her husband, Pat of Waynesboro, Theresa Geisler of Hanover and Jerry Geisler of New Oxford; 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren, as well as many loving nieces, nephews and other family members.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 5 siblings: Marie Gorman, Kathleen Little, Helena Myers, Shirley Klunk and Gladys Funk as well as her son, Roy E. Geisler III and her great-grandson, Aaron Lawrence.

A funeral service to celebrate Pearl's life will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, June 2 ^nd at Bethel United Church of Christ; 2112 Yingling Drive in Spring Grove with Pastor Zoe D'heedene officiating. Interment will follow in York Road Cemetery in Hanover.  A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Tuesday, June 1 ^st from 2-6pm at Wetzel Funeral Home & Crematory; 549 Carlisle Street in Hanover.
