Phyllis J. Babkoff, 78, of Hanover, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of the late Jerrold Arnold Babkoff.

Born December 24, 1942 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Burnice and Dorothy (Frock) Litchfield.

Phyllis was employed at Giant #52 store in Maryland.

She is survived by her son, James Craft, Westminster; daughter, Tina Babkoff, Hanover; sister, Doreen Matias-Simms, Hanover; grandchildren, Kayla Schlossenberg, Stacey Stultz and Scott Craft and great grandchildren, Sophia Talpas, Marshall Stultz, Heaven Stultz, Adilynn Stultz, Peyton Craft and Vincent Craft.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Laura Reed and brothers, James and Robert Litchfield.
