Rhonda L. Sullivan, 58 of Hanover passed away with her family by her side at York Hospital on Wednesday, January 1st, 2025. She was the beloved wife of David L. Sullivan.

Born November 7, 1966 in Hanover, she was a daughter of Patricia (Luckenbaugh) Carr and the late Robert Carr.

Rhonda is fondly remembered as "my goddess" by her husband David. She always loved to stay active and productive. She also enjoyed painting and loved sunflowers and cats.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Sullivan is survived by her son, Sean M. Sullivan and his fiancé Kelly of New Oxford; her sister, Denise E. Rohrbaugh and her husband Jamie of Glenville; her faithful cat, Logan, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Elsie & John Luckenbaugh.

A memorial service to celebrate Rhonda's life will be held in private by her family at a later date.
