Rose A. Trish, 80 of Hanover, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the Hershey Medical Center. She was the loving wife of Emory W. Trish.

Born July 23, 1942 in Hanover, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Ruth (Luckenbaugh) Glatfelter.

Rose was known for her kindness. She enjoyed chatting with friends over a cup of coffee. Rose cherished her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren playing games and taking walks. She and her husband enjoyed long car rides to the lake and visiting the local apple orchards.

In addition to her husband Emory, Rose is survived by her son William Trish and wife, Barb, of Hanover; daughter Jennifer Bange and husband Kevin, of Spring Grove; grandchildren Jessie Trish, Becky Trish, William Trish, Jr., Kaylee Flemmens, Jacob Laughman, and Austin Bange; Great grandchildren Isabella Fitzgerald, Dalton Anderson, BrixLee Laughman, Lyla Flemmens and Daxton Laughman; sister Dawn Laughman and Brother Philip Glatfelter.

In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her sisters Ruth Hartlaub and Joyce Anthony and brother Ronald Glatfelter and her twin brother James Glatfelter.

A service to celebrate the life of Rose Trish will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, PA with Rev. Fred Mummert officiating. A time to share memories with the family and an opportunity to view will be on Wednesday, March 22, from 6:00-8:00 pm and then again on Thursday morning from 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover.
