Samantha L. "Mandy" (Magness) Blankenship, 55, of Gettysburg, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at her home. She was the loving companion of Greg Davis of McSherrystown.

Born on February 1, 1970, in Havre de Grace, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late William Coale and Pamela Susan (Barben) Magness.

Mandy will be remembered as a kind, loving, and caring woman who found joy in the simple things of life. She cherished time spent with her family and friends, and her home was always filled with warmth and laughter. She especially enjoyed playing bingo and had a lifelong passion for collecting gnomes—her collection filling her home with whimsy and charm. Mandy was also an active member of POMOMC, a support and fellowship group for mothers of twins, where she formed meaningful friendships and connections.

In addition to her companion Greg, Mandy is survived by her son, Benet C. Blankenship; her daughter, Emma Lynn Blankenship; her brother, Brian Magness; her beloved nieces, Eleanor and Grace Magness; and many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

There will be no public viewing. Following cremation, a memorial service to celebrate Mandy's life will be held at 10 am on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the Chapel Hill Church of God, 4521 Oxford Rd, York Springs, PA 17372, with Dr. Rev. Randal Huber officiating.
