Wayne G. Rinehart, 73, of Hanover, passed peacefully on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at home.  He was the loving husband of Linda E. (Wolf) Rinehart for 53 years.

Born September 21, 1946 in York Springs, PA he was the son of the late Glenn V. and Gladys E. (Trostle) Rinehart.

Wayne was a member of First United Methodist Church, Hanover.  He was employed with Nell's Market for 45 years retiring as produce manager in 2011.  Wayne enjoyed gardening both flowers and vegetables and was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

In addition to his wife Linda, Wayne is survived by his daughter, Cindy J. Eyler and her husband William of Hanover and his grandson Andrew P. Eyler.  He was preceded in death by his daughter Edith M. Rinehart and his siblings, Jean Morse, Richard Rinehart and Dorcas Rinehart.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Wayne Rinehart will be held at 11:00am, on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at First United Methodist Church, 200 Frederick St., Hanover, PA 17331 with Rev. Greg Rapp officiating.  A time to share memories with the family and express condolences will be from 10am until the time of the service at the church.  A reception/luncheon, for family and friends, will immediately follow the service in the church multi-purpose room.  Final committal will be held, after the reception at church, meeting at 2pm at Mummert's Meeting House Cemetery, Mummert's Church Rd., East Berlin, PA 17316.
