William F. "Bill" McGuigan, 70 of Littlestown passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Friday, May 10, 2024.  He was the beloved husband of Debbi M. (Neilson) McGuigan.

Born October 12, 1953 in Cheverly, MD, he was a son of the late Virgil A. and Bessie I. McGuigan.

Bill is fondly remembered for his faith in God, as well as a bright sense of humor.  In addition to a good laugh, he enjoyed fishing and had a passion for classic cars.  In his lifelong career, he was a skilled professional crane operator, beginning his trade at age 14.

In addition to his beloved wife Debbi, Bill is survived by his daughter, Cheyenne M. Ward of Littlestown; his sister, Lorrie I. Kirby of Littlestown, as well as his best friend, Billy Collins of Littlestown.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra A. Rhynes and his brother, John P. Crowley.

A memorial service to celebrate Bill's life is being planned, and will be announced here a later date.
