Born October 4, 1987 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Arlene (Fulton) Roach, Hanover and the late Gordon Roach.

Devin attended Providence Community Church. He was a member of the Southwestern Football Team and the Track Squad. Devin was employed with C.J. Miller, Hampstead, MD. He was a devoted and loving Father, Fiancé and Friend. Devin enjoyed his Family, Football, MMA and the Baltimore Ravens.

Surviving is a son: Devin DeAnthony (DJ) Roach, Jr., Glenville; Fiancée: Corinne A. Lagore, Glenville; Sister; Ariel A. Roach, Brother; Naji N. Roach, Sister: Inayah I. Roach, Brother: Anthony A. Roach, Sister: Tamirra T. Roach and Brother: Isaiah I. Roach all of Hanover; Maternal Grandparents: Johnnie L. and Lue J. Fulton, Baltimore, MD; Paternal Grandmother: Anne T. Roach, Baltimore, MD; 4 Uncles: Greg Gross, Michael Fulton, Wilbert Roach, Jr. and Vincent Roach all of Baltimore, MD; 2 Aunts: Loretta Gates and Patricia Roach both of Baltimore, MD; A Niece and a Nephew: Jaden and Jenasis Krebs: Brother-in-law: Jeremiah Krebs.

He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandfather: Wilbert Roach Sr.; Great Grandmothers: Clarisa Felder and Henrietta Fulton.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Devin will be at 10:00 AM Friday, June 18, 2010 at the Hanover First of God, 600 Fairview Drive, Hanover, PA 17331 with Rev. Nathan Herndon officiating. A time to share memories with the family and an opportunity to view will be Thursday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the Wetzel Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 549 Carlisle Street, Hanover and Friday from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM at the Church. Burial will be in St. Paul's Dubs Cemetery, Hanover.
